Getting Amelie Ready

Before the voyage came the work. Amelie came out of the water at the end of August for her survey haul-out — hull inspection, cleaning, and a long list of small projects to get her ready for the ocean.

She's big and beautiful, and by October the cabin was starting to feel like home.
